Amenities

While staying at the Cove Inn, be sure to enjoy some of the local amenities the Cove Inn and Naples, FL has become famous for.  Whether it be a relaxing afternoon on our sundeck, enjoying the view of the bay, or taking the short stroll and enjoying the sandy beaches or all of the shopping and restaurants Crayton Cove, Fifth Avenue and Third Street have to offer, there’s a little something for everyone.  For those who prefer more of a relaxing afternoon, sit by our tropical, heated pool with a book from our library, or visit our bar overlooking the water.  Be sure to enjoy breakfast at the award-winning Coffee Shop in our lobby, or lunch and dinner at the Dock or Boathouse restaurants, both located just footsteps away from your unit.

Assessment Fees and Payments

The Association assesses a fee to all homeowners commonly referred to as the condominium assessment. The majority of these assessments are used to maintain the common property and amenities, and to provide for property management, social activities and mailings. Dues are also used for street maintenance and trash collection. Refer to the annual budget for further allocations of the assessment payments. Assessment payments are due on the first of every quarter. Payments not received by the 10th of the month they are due shall bear interest at the highest rate allowed by law, calculated from the date due until paid.  The Association may also impose a late fee payment (in addition to interest) to the extent permitted by law.  Assessment payments can be made quarterly or paid in advance.
